Ipalibo Botoye, a Port Harcourt-based legal practitioner made the call while speaking on the failure of governments to implement the reports of the panels of inquiry they set-up.
Botoye told correspondent Victor Ezeama that the Federal and state governments needs to ensure that the panel of inquiry they constitute are not for mere formality considering the funds approved for the operations of the panels.
The rights Lawyer therefore; said until recommendations of panels stop being politicised, panels or commissions of inquiry will remain a waste of time.
