Our correspondent JAMES IGAH reports that the agreement with HUAWEI Technologies Company would see a group of young ICT professionals working for the Federal Government taking part in a two-week training programme in China.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, BABACHIR LAWAL, who signed on behalf of the government, said the partnership would promote economic diversification and consolidate on the gains of war against terrorism.
