The project is being coordinate by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, ABUBAKAR MALAMI.
To achieve the goal, the Minister has hosted a meeting of stakeholders on harmonization of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy Document in Abuja.
In his opening address, ABUBAKAR MALAMI observed that corruption was responsible for the disruption of social order, in addition to destroying public trust in the governance system of the nation.
MALAMI said he decided to call the meeting of stakeholders to harmonize three working documents earlier developed by various interest groups.
The Minister said the three working documents on anti-corruption would be subsumed into one stronger document by the stakeholders.
According to a statement released by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, SALIHU OTHMAN ISAH, the Attorney-General affirmed that the present Administration under the leadership of President MUHAMADU BUHARI was winning the war on corruption.
The statement further noted that the Attorney-General was represented at the stakeholders meeting by the Solicitor General for the Federation and Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Justice, TAIWO ABIDOGUN.
