The Executive Director of the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency, Faisal Shuaib gave the hint at a media briefing in Abuja.
Shuaib said the government may apply what he described as the basic rule of law against such people because they will be endangering the lives of other people.
In the meantime; the Federal Government has stated that COVID-19 vaccination is now compulsory for pilgrims to the holy cities of Saudi Arabia and Jerusalem.
