Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami said this while speaking to the media in Abuja.
Malami said apart from the timing, the powers of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC was undermined in the amended Bill.
He added that the ongoing Amendment of the Electoral Act will address issues affecting the conduct of elections in Nigeria and will be signed by President Buhari.
