The Acting President, Professor YEMI OSINBAJO made the statement while commissioning the Chokocho-Igbo-Etche link road and Omu-Etchem Ozuzu link road in Rivers State.
Professor OSINBAJO while commending Governor NYESOM WIKE for reconstructing the roads for the Etche people, stressed the need for unity among the people.
The Acting President said that unity of the nation was a better option in building the country’s economy.
In his opening remarks, Governor NYESOM WIKE said the reconstruction of the roads was the fulfilment of his campaign promises which he said gave provided relief to the people.
Correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR reports that the Senator representing Rivers South East Senatorial District, Senator MAGNUS ABE was among dignitaries that joined the acting president to commission some of the projects initiated by Governor NYESOM WIKE led Rivers State Government.
