The former NSA is facing charges of money laundering and illegal possession of firearms brought against him by the Federal Government.
Justice AHMED MOHAMMED who is presiding over the trial ruled in favour of the government prosecution team for witnesses to be shielded from the public but not to the lawyers and the defendants.
Justice MOHAMMED reportedly declared that the application before his court was different from the application which was dismissed when the case was before Justice ADENIYI ADEMOLA.
