FG appeal’s CCT ruling on Saraki.

This is because the Federal Government has appealed the ruling by the Code of Conduct Tribunal, in which Senator SARAKI was discharged and acquitted of eighteen charges after a trial that lasted nearly two years.

In a Notice of Appeal reportedly signed by Senior Advocate of Nigeria, ROTIMI JACOBS SAN and PIUS AKUTAH, who is the assistant Chief State Counsel, the government prosecution team wants the Appeal Court to set aside the judgment of the Code of Conduct Tribunal on 14th June.
