Federal High Court Orders Nnamdi Kanu Sureties to explain Why IPOB Leader Did Not Appear in Court

Justice BINTA NYAKO warned that the sureties risk forfeiture of their bail bond, after listening to the submission by Senator ENYINANAYA ABARIBE on the development.
Senator ABARIBE informed the court through his lawyer, OGECHI OGBONNA, that he can no longer find NNAMDI KANU.
This comes after the Federal Government had through its counsel; LABARA SHAIBU urged the court to revoke the bail granted to NNAMDI KANU.
The government lawyer claimed that the IPOB leader violated all his bail conditions, just as he also sought a bench warrant for the arrest of KANU.‎
In a separate submission, IFEANYI EJIORFOR, who is the lawyer for NNAMDI KANU, announced that the whereabouts of his client remains unknown following the military invasion of his residence at Afara Ukwu in Umuahia, Abia State.
Our correspondent JAMES IGAH reports that the case was adjourned till November 30 for continuation of trial.
