FEDERAL HIGH COURT DIRECTS THE DETENTION OF AYO FAYOSE

Presiding Judge, Justice MOJISOLA OLATOREGUN gave the directive after FAYOSE pleaded not guilty to the eleven-count charge bordering on money laundering, abuse of public office, criminal breach of trust and stealing preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

 

KANU AGABI who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and Counsel to FAYOSE filed a bail application which was rejected by Justice OLATOREGUN who ordered that the former Ekiti State Governor should remain in EFCC custody until tomorrow.
