The National President of PETROAN, Billy Gillis-Harry, who spoke while briefing newsmen in Port Harcourt, said every payment impacts on the cost of landing and the cost of petrol in various filling stations.
Gillis-Harry, however, called on the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority to sustain the priority loading scheme that has commenced with PETROAN members and other retail outlets.
On his part, the Zonal Chairman for system 2E, Sunny Nkpe, assured that PETROAN is currently working on partnering with the NMDPRA to ensure availability of products in the country, while calling on members of the public not to panic-buy petrol.
