The Governor said even though the service chiefs under whose tenure the money was withdrawn have been removed, President MUHAMMADU BUHARI should call them to answer questions about the funds or the weapons.
Governor Wike who spoke on a television programme wondered why one billion dollars would be withdrawn for the purchase of weapons that have not been seen.
