The EU Ambassador to Nigeria, MICHAEL ARRION said the money will also go into the reconstruction of markets and warehouses in Borno and Delta States.
The European envoy made the announcement during a visit to the Minister of Finance, KEMI ADEOSUN at her office in Abuja.
The visitor said the funds would be disbursed through the benefitting states as part of the budget support package promised by the European Union.
In her response; the Finance Minister assured that all the necessary requirements to facilitate support to the States had been put in place.
The requirements fall under the Fiscal Sustainability Plan, which comes with twenty-one-point fiscal reform programme to enhanced transparency, accountability and efficiency.
