Our correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA reports that a copy of the court processes filled by ANABRABRA at the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has been handed over to the Assembly Speaker, IKUNYI OWAJI-IBANI.
In his reaction to the development; the Speaker assured that the House would abide by the provisions of the law in handling the legal issue as it affects the position of the Minority Leader of the Assembly.
According to the court processes sighted by our correspondent, the Rivers State APC and the State Chairman of the party, DAVIES IBIAMU IKANYA are among the respondents in the matter.
Also joined as respondents are the State House of Assembly, the Speaker and the APC member representing Eleme Constituency, JOSIAH OLU.
