The Elele inhabitants acting on the directive of the Paramount Ruler of the community, Eze JONATHAN AMADI came together to pray for God intervention to heal the land.
The Nyewe Ali Elele Palace Secretary, GEBRIEL AMADI told our correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR that the community has been ravaged in recent times by kidnappers, killers and cultists.
AMADI also confirmed that traditional diviners have also been going round Elele community, making incantations and pouring libation in a bid to appease the gods and purge the land of criminals.
GEBRIEL AMADI is the Palace Secretary of the Nyewe Ali Elele in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.
