This followed the dismissal of the petition filed by OLAKA NWORGU of the PDP challenging Senator ABE’s election in the rerun on 10th December last year.
Speaking with newsmen outside the courtroom, Senator ABE it was time to move beyond the election dispute and face development.
However; our correspondent JAMES IGAH spoke with the lawyer for OLAKA WORGU who confirmed that his client was going to appeal the judgment.
Meanwhile; the Tribunal also upheld the election of BRIGHT GOGO of the PDP for Okrika-Ogu-Bolo Federal Constituency.
The Tribunal dismissed the petition filed by MAUREEN TAMUNOR of the APC for not being able to prove her case.
