Chief Lulu-Briggs emerged through affirmation voice votes by the delegates across the twenty-three Local Government Areas of the state.
In his acceptance speech, the Accord Party Governorship Candidate said his emergence as the governorship candidate of the party is a fresh air into governance in the state.
Chief Lulu-Briggs encouraged party members to be ready for the task ahead which he said will not be easy.
On his part, the National Legal Adviser of Accord Party, Mgbudem Maxwell who doubles as the Chairman of party Electoral Committee in Rivers State described the process as free fair and credible.
Today FM’s Uchendu Ejiowhor reports that the Accord Party also conducted its state House of Assembly primaries across the state.
