NKANGA who spoke against the backdrop of recurring incidents of fire explosion caused by adulterated kerosene blamed owners of filling stations who are not registered, for the crisis.
NKANGA in an interview with correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR threatened to commence clamp down on unregistered filling station across the zone saying that it is advisable to purchase kerosene from registered petrol filling stations that would take responsibility for any disaster.
