The Chairman of Joint National Association of Persons with Disability in the state, Kie Obomanu, spoke during a media conference in Port Harcourt where he expressed concern over the disregard of persons with disabilities by government officials and key stakeholders in the society.
Obomanu said persons living with disabilities suffer more in the society, and commended Media Awareness and Justice Initiative for identifying that people with disabilities are affected by climate change.
