Chairman of the organization, Clifford Christopher who made this known in an interview with Todayfm’s Sandra Kenneth, described the unrest which he said could hamper social and economic developments in the state as unnecessary.
Christopher noted that the people were entitled to improved welfare, good governance and quality legislations to address the myriad of challenges affecting their economic and social rights.
DHRD however, condemned what it termed avoidable crisis pervading the state, and called on political actors to resolve their issues and move the state forward.
