Governor OKOROCHA made the announcement in an address during an event in the state capital, Owerri, to mark this year’s Democracy Day.
Governor OKOROCHA also highlighted the performance of his administration on security and education, with free tuition under improved learning environment.
The Democracy Day celebration in Imo State featured an array of events at a stadium in Owerri, including a march-past by paramilitary groups, women and other groups.
