PETERSIDE who was speaking on a radio programme monitored in Port Harcourt said Governor WIKE does not understand the dynamics of managing security as the Chief Security Officer of the State.
The Director General of Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency said it is the responsibility of the Governor to coordinate the activities of the security operatives to achieve the goal of protecting lives and properties in the state.
The NIMASA DG said the governor has failed in his responsibility of protecting Rivers people.
Reacting to the issue of the alleged fake result sheet printing involving his close relative, PETERSIDE said the suspects were threatened with death to make the alleged confession.
PETERSIDE also dismissed the allegation by Governor WIKE that the APC is in possession of sensitive electoral material ahead of the December 10 election.
