Professor Ajienka made this known in the investiture ceremony and inauguration of the new executive committee of the Nigerian Institution of Environmental Engineers (NIEE), in Port Harcourt Chapter.
He also advised security agencies not to dispose by-product of artisanal refining through burning but to seek cleaner and environmental friendly means.
On his part the outgoing Chairman of NIEE, Professor Josiah Ayotamuno lamented over the continuous presence of black sooth in Port Harcourt as he called on security agencies to apprehend culprit of the environmental hazard.
