Chairman, LUTH Medical Advisory Committee, Professor Wasiu Adeyemo who confirmed the development said a medical team performed a successful caesarian section on the patient.
Professor Adeyemo said the mother and baby were doing well just as he commended the committed frontline staff of the hospital for the achievement.
He also appreciated the support of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Lagos State Government, and Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
