Professor Osinbajo said although Nigeria Government has started a process of enumeration through the Social Investment program where four million informal traders have been enumerated under three months.
The Vice President stressed the need to use local technology in achieving accurate data collection of Nigerian which will ensure easy distribution.
Osinbajo also advocated for the use of local resources and creation of decent jobs as a means of diversifying the economy due to the fall of crude oil price in global market.
