One of the cases in which judgment is expected to be delivered around 2PM today is the petition over the election for Ikwerre-Emohua Federal Constituency.
In that matter, BONIFACE EMERENGWAN of the Peoples Democratic Party is challenging the election of Elder CHIDI WIHIOKA of the All Progressives Congress as a member of the House of Representatives.
Also; judgment is expected to be entered in the petition brought by ANSLEM OGUGUO of PDP against AZUBUIKE WANJOKU of APC, who was elected to represent Ikwerre Constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly.
Our correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR gathered from one of the parties involved in the election dispute that they were informed of the judgment delivery late yesterday.
