The apex court fixed the date for the judgement after hearing the appeals of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and its candidate for the Kogi Governorship election, Musa Wada.
The court also heard the appeal of the Social Democratic Party against Governor Bello’s victory.
The Appeal court had held that the petition of the PDP and Wada which sought to upturn the verdict of the state’s Governorship Election Petition Tribunal that affirmed the All Progressives Congress candidate as the winner of the poll, lacked merit.
