The cases to be decided today include the petition challenging the election of Senator MAGNUS ABE of the APC for Rivers South-East Senatorial District, which is being challenged by OLAKA WOGU and his party, the PDP.
Also to be decided today is the petition brought by JACOBSON NBINA of PDP against the election of BARINADA MPIGI of APC for Tai-Eleme-Oyigbo Federal Constituency.
Judgment is also to be delivered on the petition filed by SAMPSON EGOP of APC who is contesting the victory of INOMBEK ABIANTE of PDP in Andoni-Opobo-Nkoro Federal Constituency.
