The Federal High Court in Abuja has sentenced three terrorists to death by hanging after they pleaded guilty to terrorism-related offences during the ongoing mass trial of terrorism suspects.
The convicts — Danladi Lawal, Abdullahi Mohammed and Mohammed Gulama Shaibu — were found guilty by separate judges of the court. The cases involved offences linked to kidnapping and terrorism activities.
The convictions are part of the Federal Government’s intensified efforts to prosecute terrorism suspects and combat insurgency across the country.
