FLAG-AMACHREE is facing two counts of conspiracy and murder, and the Court of Appeal is expected to entertain an appeal against the refusal by the Rivers State High Court to grant the accused person bail on health grounds.
You will recall that the murder trial was stalled on Tuesday after the trial judge of the State High Court received a letter from the Port Harcourt Prisons indicating that the accused person could not be brought to court due to his worsening health condition.
