The court also granted an order of injunction restraining banks from allowing Elano Investment Limited access to the funds of host community of Eleme constituency pending the determination of a substantive suit.
Our correspondent reports that the presiding Judge, Justice Adolphus Enebeli gave the orders following the application brought by the lawmaker representing Eleme constituency, Igwe Aforji.
Justice Enebeli adjourned the matter to the 10th of November 2020 for hearing.
