Initiative for Transparent Strategy for Good Leadership, is asking the court to compel the Attorney general of Rivers State and the Office of the Accountant General of the state, to allow them access the needed information from the office of the Accountant General of the state on the alleged withdrawal of one hundred and seventeen billion naira withdrawn in cash over the counter, which it alleged is now unaccounted for.
Amongst other relief’s sought by the group, it also wants to respond to the invitation by the EFCC and for the anti-graft agency to effect an action on the invitation, following the refusal and failure of the fourth defendant who is Sim Fubara to appear before it.
