Igboho was arrested at the Cardinal Bernardin International Airport, Cotonou Benin Republic with his wife on their way to Germany last Monday.
Reports say some Igboho supporters are planning to throng the court where the hearing will hold.
Also, supporters in Diaspora are also planning to protest at various embassies.
In the meantime; some Yorubas residing in Cotonou, have expressed optimism over his possible freedom today.
Clarifying the court proceedings during an interview, a Beninese Yoruba and law lecturer, Ibrahim Salami explained that Igboho has two more stages before his freedom will be decided.
