Aguma had approached the court to secure an injunction stopping the ward, local government and state Congresses that was scheduled late last year, demanding that reconciliation be done before any Congress amongst other prayers.
Our correspondent Uchendu Ejiowhor reports that the presiding Judge, Justice George Omereje adjourned till, the 27th of May for judgment after parties presented their final written addresses.
In the meantime, one Dele Moses and 9 others have in another suit, dragged the APC and its national Chairman, Adams Oshiomole to court.
The plaintiffs are asking the court to interpret the judgment of Chiwendu Nworgu and declare them the authentic members of the party to conduct primaries and occupy various wards, local Government and state executives.
Our correspondent reports that when the matter came up in court, the presiding Judge, Justice George Omereje asked the representative of the parties led by a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Tuduru Edeh for APC and Henry Bello for Dele Moses and nine others to regularise the papers and return to court on the 20th of May, 2020 for hearing.
You would recall that one Ibrahim Umar and twenty two others had approached the court, seeking almost the same prayers of Dele Moses and 9 others which was struck out by Justice Ollor who ruled that no court has the power to interpret the judgment or internal party affairs.
