Our correspondent Uchendu Ejiowhor the Clerk of the court informed the parties of the new date as directed by the presiding judge, Justice George Omereje.
This means the judgement is expected to be delivered on the matter on the same date as the suit brought by one Dele Moses and 9 others.
Aguma who is a former member of House of Representative for PHALGA constituency one had approached the court to nullify the five man caretaker committee in Rivers State, claiming that they were constituted illegally and that the court should recognize the statutory leaders of the party with himself as the Chairman.
While Dele Moses and 9 others approached the court to interpret the judgment of a High Court in Port Harcourt presided over by Justice Chinwendu Nworgu which nullified the congresses of APC in 2019, which they claimed declared them as authentic party members to conduct congresses in the party.
