The trial Judge gave the order following the absence of the counsel in court for the continuation of the cross examination of the prosecution witness.
Justice ENEBELI said the defence counsel can not on his own withdraw from the matter because of the nature of the case and ordered the hearing notice be served on him before adjourning till the 24th of January for continuation.
