Governor WIKE also challenged the security agencies to abide by the directive of President MUHAMMADU BUHARI on the conduct of free and fair election where citizens will vote candidates of their choice.
Speaking during his latest project flag-off in Etche Local Government Area, Governor WIKE once again accused the All Progressives Congress of plotting to rig the elections.
The Governor claimed that the APC has shortlisted some one hundred and three member of the Peoples Democratic Party for arrest based on what he described as trumped up charges.
Although no one has yet been arrested, Governor WIKE however demanded to know why anyone should be arrested just when the rerun elections are around the corner.
