Our correspondent reports that ANICHE RICHARD was arraigned and remanded in prison custody last week Monday for allegedly forging a judiciary stamp.
But when the suspect was brought to court yesterday, the police informed the Magistrate about their intention to withdraw the charges for further investigation.
In his ruling; Chief Magistrate IBIERE JOHN ordered the suspect to be handed over to the Choba Divisional Police Station.
