Central African Republic :Rebel group killed 32 civilians,capture fighters – Human rights watch.

United States-based Human Rights Watch said the killings took place on 12th December in Bakala, a town in the southern-central part of the country.

 

It claimed that rebels from the Union for Peace in the Central African Republic killed twenty-five people after calling them to a school for an alleged meeting.

 

The rights group said it was concerned that the killings took place despite the presence of the UN peacekeeping mission.
