Some shop owners who spoke with our correspondent SANDRA KENNETH said it is a welcome development, stressing that a proper data base and online registration will bring an end to unnecessary harassment in the state.
While some are of the opinion that the registration process will be stressful, others argued that not everyone will have the time to go through the stress of upgrading or registering online.
