The accusation was made by a police spokesman PIERRE NKURUKIYE who claimed that instructions were sent from Rwanda to plotters in the Burundian military to kill WILLY NYAMITWE.
The police spokesman also confirmed the arrest of a Burundian colonel and two corporals over the failed assassination of NYAMITWE.
