OSIBANJO said this at the commissioning of two newly constructed roads in Owerri, the Imo state capital.
OSIBANJO said Nigeria can only provide opportunities for its people if it runs on modern infrastructure.
The Vice President also condemned the attack by hoodlums on the Headquarters of the Police Command and the Correctional centre in Imo state, saying the attack is directly on the safety of the people of the state.
