In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, FEMI ADESINA, President BUHARI also condoled with the family and friends of the three-term Senator and former Governor of Osun State.
The President noted that the sudden loss of the legislator would create a gap in the Senate, adding that late Senator ADELEKE had always epitomized unbridled patriotism, maturity and experience, especially with his recent interest in the protection of whistle-blowers.
Similarly; the Senate President, BUKOLA SARAKI, has described the death of Senator ISIAKA as a sad personal loss.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, YUSUPH OLANIYONU, Senator SARAKI described late Senator ADELEKE as an important figure in the Eighth Senate.
He said the late Senator was a leader in every right, a formidable colleague and a patriotic statesman whose contributions to the development of of Osun State and the nation in general would never be forgotten.
