A gun attack took place at Mangu Local Government in Plateau State where twelve persons were said to have died.
A statement by presidential spokesman, GARBA SHEHU said the president strongly condemned the attack.
SHEHU said President BUHARI is in contact with Governor SIMON LALONG, military, police and other security agencies in the state to ascertain details of what happened and what can be done to forestall a future occurrence.
President BUHARI urged security agencies in the state to increase vigilance to stop further attacks on innocent communities.
