President BUHARI was on a mission to lead the grand finale of the APC governorship campaign rally in Benin City, ahead of election on Saturday.
The President used the occasion to assure that Nigeria will be great again; adding that the APC Administration would ensure that the nation gets out of the prevailing economic hardship.
President BUHARI also endorsed the choice of OBASEKI as governorship candidate of the APC in Edo State.
In his remarks; the National Chairman of APC, Chief JOHN ADIGUN OYEGUN said Edo State benefitted more from the APC Administration under Governor ADAMS OSHIOMHOLE than the previous PDP Administration, with all the resources available then.
On his part; the APC Governorship candidate, OBASEKI said he would not have accepted to run for the position if MUHAMMADU BUHARI was not the President of Nigeria.
OBASEKI told the crowd of party supporters that a vote for APC would ensure continuity of the legacies of the Oshiomhole Administration.
OBASEKI promised to create a minimum of two hundred thousand new jobs in Edo State within his first two years in office.
But he did not spell out details of how he was going to achieve such feat.
