Rivers state Chairman of the Organization, Clifford Christian who made the call in an interview with Today Fm’s Sandra Kenneth, also called on the state government to deviate from what he termed as undemocratic culture of budget secrecy.
Christian said the State government should tell its people the sources of funding the budget.
