Executive Director of the Institute, ANYAKWEE NSIRIMOVU said it was wrong to allow the Speaker, YAKUBU DOGARA to investigate a matter he is directly involved in.
NSIRIMOVU said the investigation should be thoroughly carried out to ascertain if the Lawmakers that have been mentioned violated their oath of office.
