This followed the decision by the Appeal Court to uphold the judgment of the National and State Election Tribunal, which declared Chief ANDREW UCHENDU as the winner of the rerun election for Rivers East Senatorial District on 10th December last year.
The judgment was delivered in an appeal filed by Senator SEKIBO, challenging the ruling of the lower tribunal, which nullified his election.
