BODE GEORGE expressed disappointment over the refusal of AGBAJE to step down against the advice of some Party Elders in the region.
The party chieftain said he supported AGBAJE during the governorship election and as such expected him to do the same on his ambition to become the next chairman of the PDP.
Reacting to the accusation, the media aide to AGBAJE, FELIX OBOAGWINA said JIMI AGBAJE decided to contest the election in the national interest.
He said the stakeholders decided that they needed someone who would not have to deal with a reputation crisis.
The Spokesperson said AGBAJE has all the respect for BODE GEORGE but added that it is beyond true allies.
