The twenty-five-year-old suspect allegedly connived with his accomplice DAMINA MOHAMMED of the same address to dig up the body of a male child from cemetery and chopped off the head for sale to a customer who is still at large.
Bauchi State Police Public Relations Officer, HARUNA MOHAMMED said the principal suspect confessed that the deceased child was his son who died and was buried before he later went back to the graveyard at night with his accomplice and exhumed the body.
The Police spokesman said the case is still under investigation after which the suspects would be charged to court for prosecution.
